I have my with set for a couple of years now and I cannot say enough good things about it. It's gotten beaten up in so many travel on bags, in 110 degree humid weather, and in the dead of winter of minnesota and NONE of my leads have broken! The pigment goes on paper similar to a Faber Castle Colored Pencil, you're not going to get the vibrancy of say prismacolor colored pencils but the fact you can hold an entire 36 pack of colored pencils in the palm of your hand makes up for that. I would suggest getting the 72 pack if you're ok with it taking up slightly little more room in your bag, the 72 wasn't an option when I got this set but they've really expanded espcially the greens well with the new set! Worth the upgrade for sure. Customer service has always been amazing as well.
The Wish 36 Colored Pencil Set is the perfect tool for artists who prefer to travel light but also want lots of options!! The concept of 36 colored leads that can be easily loaded into one “holder” is genius! The pigments are lovely and the whole kit is so compact I can take it everywhere!! Ingenious design. The only drawback is the pencil lead that the pencil is originally loaded with doesn't have a home while one is using the colored lead. Maybe making the pencil lead shorter so it can go in the spot from which the colored lead was taken. The sharpener is adorable!!
