With Dealer Policies and Guidelines

  • All authorized resellers may place an order via email with your wholesale rep. Kirk, Dan, or Josh are able to assist with the ordering process. If you do now know your rep, you may place an order by emailing it to hey@withofficial.com.
  • Fulfillment hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern time. The warehouse is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders typically ship in 2-4 business days after an order is completed.
  • All shipments are FOB Grand Rapids, MI. Liability for loss or damage in transit shall be the responsibility of the reseller. With is not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages.
  • All shipments will include a packing slip. Invoices are emailed separately to the address on file. The order number on the packing slip will be the same as the invoice number.
  • Each authorized dealer must purchase at least one starter kit ($900) for their initial order.  Future orders will receive free shipping on orders above $200.  Initial order will include all products in the With line-up for proper display set-up.  Future orders will re-fill display. 
  • All orders must be prepaid, unless otherwise authorized. 
  • Invoices may be paid through shopify's and all their accepted methods. 
  • Resellers may not sell or advertise With products from a website that references any of With’s registered names in its URL.
  • Resellers may not customize, print on, or alter the design of any With product or package without prior written consent from With.
  • With may refuse to sell to any authorized resellers who:
    1. Sell or advertise any products below the MSRP
    2. Sell With products outside the manufacturer’s packaging, including selling individual items out of set.
    3. Sell With products on third-party marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Craigslist and other similar sites. By placing a wholesale order, you authorize With to contact the appropriate third-party site to request that they terminate your listing of With products.
  • By accepting these policies, you agree to receive communication from With about new wholesale products and policy updates.
