• We here at With desire to have a healthy ongoing relationship with our resellers. Communicating often regarding products, releases, and sales. What’s good for you and your customers is good for us! Our policies and guidelines exist to promote an excellent long term relationship. 
• Becoming a With authorized dealer begins with the purchase of one of our Launch Packages. Currently the entry level package is $549 ($600 shipped) and includes $1098 in retail product and some killer displays. 
• Future orders must meet the minimum of $200 per order for free shipping. Launch Package includes all authorized dealer products in the With line-up and associated display material. Future orders will re-fill the display. 
• Minimum length of dealership agreement is one year. We hope you love selling With products and they make your business a lot of money. In the unlikely event you no longer wish to sell With products, we will purchase all unsold and unused products back from you for the price purchased*. 
• With retains ownership of all product displays and leases them free of charge for the length of relationship as an authorized dealer. We also will update the displays with new products as needed free of charge. Upon termination of authorized dealership, displays are to be returned. 
• Authorized resellers may place an order via email with your wholesale rep. In addition you may use the wholesale portal on our website. If you do now know your rep, you may also place an order by emailing it to hey@withofficial.com.
• Fulfillment hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pacific time. The warehouse is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days after an order is completed.
• All shipments are FOB Grand Rapids, MI. Liability for loss or damage in transit shall be the responsibility of the reseller. With is not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages.
• All shipments will include a packing slip. Invoices are emailed separately to the address on file. The order number on the packing slip will be the same as the invoice number.
• All opening orders must be prepaid, COD.
• Invoices may be paid by all excepted Shopify methods. In addition, checks and cash are also accepted.
• Resellers may not customize, print on, or alter the design of any With product or package without prior written consent from With. Custom options are available upon request. 
• With may refuse to sell to any authorized resellers who:

1. Sell or advertise any products below the MSRP.
2. Sell With products outside the manufacturer’s packaging, including selling individual items out of sets.
3. Sell With products on third-party marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Craigslist and other similar sites. By placing a wholesale order, you authorize With to contact the appropriate third-party site to request that they terminate your listing of With products.

• By accepting these policies, you agree to receive communication from With about new wholesale products and policy updates.

*Buy-back guarantee is contingent on good communication between reseller and their sales rep. including communication of positive or negative sales and other business trends or developments.
